TickerInside is a data publication with one editor, VoidLab, and no support desk. Most questions are answered by the pages themselves, which print the date of every file they used; the rest reach a person at the address at the bottom of this page.

How to report a wrong figure

Write to tickerinside@proton.me with three things: the URL of the page, the figure that looks wrong, and the issuer file it disagrees with, with that file's date if you have it. The figure is then checked against the source file it was computed from. If the file agrees with the page, the answer explains where the number comes from; if it does not, the page is rebuilt from the corrected data and republished, with its date updated only when the content changes. A report without the page URL cannot be traced, because the same fund appears on several pages with different file dates.

How long an answer takes

Answers are best effort, usually within a few days. A wrong figure is looked at before anything else. There is no ticketing system and no status page; the reply comes from the same address you wrote to.

API and MCP questions

The API reference is generated from the files actually served, so a field that is not documented there is not in the data. If a field or an endpoint you need is missing, say so with what you are building; endpoints are shaped by what people ask for, and nothing inside v1 is removed or retyped. The MCP server is the npm package tickerinside-mcp, and its setup and its eight tools are on the assistant page. A tool that answers differently from the corresponding page is a bug, and a report of it counts as a wrong figure.

The data licence

Everything served today is published under CC BY 4.0 with attribution to TickerInside, and the historical archive sits under separate terms; both are written out on the legal notice.

What the site does not do

It gives no investment advice and no forecasts: every figure is a measurement of what funds hold and how they have behaved, and no page knows who is reading it. It keeps no accounts and stores no portfolios; what you type into the x-ray or the other tools stays in your browser. It does not sell placement to fund issuers or brokers, and it does not answer questions about what to buy.
